Meet Our Lead Technicians
James
James is our senior technician and an expert on repairing instruments. He has been soldering circuit boards and peering though optical levels for well over 30 years!
There's not much James can't fix.
Sean
Sean's our sharp eye in the workshop, overseeing products in for routine calibration and minor repairs. He's generally located somewhere between a whirling laser and the target board in our warehouse.

Our 30th Anniversary
James began Design & Survey in 1993 upon leaving technical college, setting up shop in his family garage.
Now many years later, with developed product lines and an extensive customer base, we operate from our purpose built premises and involve second generation family members.
